How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us and we will help you.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your studio dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
